Rob and his crew are great to work with. Finally, a place to take your vehicle and they just do honest good work by qualified mechanics that know what they are doing. I had new tires, and an alignment, plus they did a vehicle inspection to tell me things that my Jeep needs. The vehicle rides and drives like a new one and I am very happy with the work they did. Trust me there are many places to buy tires and have an alignment done and I have bought from them all. Konen's Pitstop is the first place I have been to and finally trust the work was done correctly.

I grew up surrounded by mechanics so I know enough about cars to know when I'm dealing with knowledgeable car people. These guys are the real deal. I've had two repairs on my old man car and could not recommend them more. They've been real with me both times and speak to me like I'm an intelligent person, not like a woman who doesn't know anything. I feel safe leaving my car with them knowing they're going to do exactly what they said they would do AND the repair will fix the issues. 10/10, I definitely recommend!

Great service at a reasonable price

Had a great experience here. The people are very friendly, thorough and explain everything in detail, not high pressure and allow you to feel comfortable to make a decision on what you want and need to fix. I had called a few places before going there asking for an estimate based on what the dealership told me. They were able to look at my car without holding me to any costs. The dealership wanted $180 to look at my car even though I already had an appt with them to look at, I would have needed to bring it back another day when they had more time. Konen's called me within a couple of hours of me dropping off my car with a diagnosis and estimate. I really appreciate that they valued my time and completed all repairs the same day. I will be using them for my maintenance going forward. It's very convenient to my home, but their waiting room also looked comfortable and I could hang out there for a few hours if needed.
