Scheduled appointment online. Was able to get in same week. Dropped off on a Friday morning and had full diagnosis with a plan for repairs before EOD. Parts needed to be ordered. Repairs were made same day they arrived and was able to pick up the very next Tuesday. 3 business days in total. Mark walked through the exact issue with patience and insight. I felt educated enough to make a decision. Will be coming back here and recommending it to anyone else.

Konen Pittstop delivers.... A good neighbor to the community. My 14 year old Fiat, occaionally needs attention. Wouldn't take her anywhere else especially a ""dealer in Florence". My engine light came on. They told me what was wrong. They fixed for a reasonable price. I also got 2 tires. I was very satisfied with the service.
