Konen’s is so reliable, fairly priced, and EXCELLENT with customer service. They send a detailed list of all the items that are in good shape, could be replaced, and need to be replaced now, complete with estimates so I can decide what I want to pay for before signing onto the work. They explain the suggested work with transparency and don’t push me into getting changes I don’t need or can’t afford. I’m a lifelong customer.
