Konen's Pittstop always takes great care of my 2011 car, which is important because I plan to keep it for many more years! I like dealing with Mark because he is very friendly and trustworthy.

I find the process from beginning to end to be transparent, efficient and effective. They afford me with the same respect as they would my husband. Prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work. Most recently they repaired a busted suspension on a 14 yo suv under warranty, the process was so easy & seamless that I had forgotten that I had need of a repair to begin with.

I have been a customer for years. They are always friendly courteous and professional. Staff is well trained and do excellent work. I highly recommend them and would not trust my vehicles with anyone else.

Scheduled appointment online. Was able to get in same week. Dropped off on a Friday morning and had full diagnosis with a plan for repairs before EOD. Parts needed to be ordered. Repairs were made same day they arrived and was able to pick up the very next Tuesday. 3 business days in total. Mark walked through the exact issue with patience and insight. I felt educated enough to make a decision. Will be coming back here and recommending it to anyone else.

Unknown problems (multiple!) with our car. Mark sorted it out and called with updates. Appreciate the care taken with the car and with the customer!
