Rob made a good decision in suggesting an aftermarket 10 inch exhaust flex pipe. Good communication otherwise as well. The car was there overnight before the appointment day and was finished at 4:00PM on the day after the appointment day. I believe the job was charged at 3.5 hours. This job was done over a month ago in which I gave it some time to think about the amount of hours charged and I am still thinking that was too many hours charged for this job.

Konens Pittstop has worked on both of my cars, a Jetta and a Titan, and my kids cars. One of them I literally dropped off not running at all. They have never disappointed me. Well done Rob, Mark and crew!! Im ready for my appointment this week. Thank you all!

We have been bringing our cars to Konen for about a year now. My husband loves how they send invoice on what needs to be done and you can pick and choose and find out the total before work. Hes a numbers guy!! They listen to what we use the car for and give us advice on that. For example, our son has 2008 car, we just need it to get through his senior year. So we worked through what really needed to be done.

Excellent service. They were able to service my truck and get it back to me in only a couple days. The experience was so good, I scheduled my wife's car for maintenance when I picked up my truck.
