Scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and an investigation on my "Fuel lid open" alert that was false. The folks at Konen's got me sorted by 4 p.m. that day (I dropped my car off the day before) and sent me a great itemized list of all the things they checked on the car. I only was charged for the oil change, and they fixed the sensor issue with my fuel lid during the inspection. Great place to get your car worked on - they do all makes and models, and communication is top-notch. I'll be happy to bring my car back to Konen's next time it needs service. A plus: I can walk there from my house in barely 10 minutes! Great having a good shop within walking distance like this.

Excellent Service. Depending on the issue, they get it done within the day! They do a multi-inspection for each oil change, which I like, which ensure that the car is running properly. The people are very nice and professional. Thanks for your continuing service and support!

Great communication, honest about what was needed versus what could possibly wait for a later date. I showed up late after the office had closed to pick up my car as the staff was leaving and they didnt even hesitate with a smile to unlock the door and get me taken care of.
