Took my car in the day it started with noise. Diagnosed that day and fixed the next. Then followed up to be sure it was all good (it is.) gave me a ride home too!

I took my car to Konen’s Pittstop because I was hearing a rattling noise from underneath the engine when slowing down. Their team took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, putting the car on a lift and checking the suspension, sway bar links, struts, and more. While they weren’t able to pinpoint the exact source of the noise, they made sure everything was safe and functioning properly, which gave me real peace of mind. What stood out most was their honesty—they didn’t try to upsell me or recommend unnecessary repairs, which is hard to find these days. Overall, I had a great, trustworthy experience and left feeling confident in their work. I’ll definitely be back for future car needs and highly recommend them.

A devoted hometown team you can trust. I bought a used car just for quick city trips. I initially took my car to a Fiat Dealer in Florence. Dealer was not cooperative and not responsive-3 month to get an appointment! Konen within a week. Complete analysis and honest, completed within a day. Fast, friendly, accurate, stands behind their work.. Explains in detail for regular folk repair and estimates effectively.
