Excellent customer service. They are the most dialed-in shop I’ve ever encountered, they use the best tech in communicating what issues one has with their vehicles and then you can select what you want fixed via your phone. This makes the vehicle repair process not only transparent, but also very easy to use. All the staff were very friendly, polite, well spoken and professional. I plan on keeping my business here.

I went to Konens Pittstop today (8/19/24) to get an oil change and my tires rotated. They called me to tell me my battery was marginal when they checked it and asked what I wanted to do. I told them to replace the battery for two reasons, 1. I don't want to wait until the weather is freezing and have it go out and 2. because I trust them completely when they call to ask what I want to do. We have gone to them for years and never had them tell us that something needs to be replaced when it doesn't need to be done. I feel comfortable having work done there. They always do a good job and get the work done quickly.
