I had multiple things wrong with my car and they talked me through each one of them and explained the severity level and double checked with me on pricing and such through the entire process so that I didn’t feel like o was getting scammed out of anything. Now I will be going to them from now on.

Rob made a good decision in suggesting an aftermarket 10 inch exhaust flex pipe. Good communication otherwise as well. The car was there overnight before the appointment day and was finished at 4:00PM on the day after the appointment day. I believe the job was charged at 3.5 hours. This job was done over a month ago in which I gave it some time to think about the amount of hours charged and I am still thinking that was too many hours charged for this job.
