Konen’s always provides prompt, quality work and a reasonable price. Always very friendly and willing to explain the things they have found when inspecting your car and helps to distinguish urgent issues and ones that can wait a bit. Never tries to push additional work or more charges.

I have used Konen’s twice in the past year when I needed air in my tires, while this may not seem like a big deal, it was to me , and each time I went there no matter how crazy busy they were they always came right out and did what I needed to have done. Because of that type of care I decided that when I needed an oil change and maintenance along with fixing that tire, I would take my business to them. I am so pleased with the work and professional experience that I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone that needs service.

I brought my Honda Civic in for the second time it just hit 100,000 mile marker. The reason I am leaving a five star review is because I had intended to get the brake fluid exchanged done. However, Rob had read the full report and saw that I had it done on the 85,000 mile marker, so even though my maintenance minder said I needed it done he took the time to review my Carfax report to ensure I did not get any unnecessary repairs complete. I also Enjoy the smooth process with sending pictures via text and getting access to the full report online.
