We have been taking our cars to Konen’s for years! We would not take our car anywhere else! They are thorough and honest and do a great job! They always keep you updated and they are reasonably priced! I just took my car in for four new tires! They priced the tires while I was there and gave me the total cost of tires balancing etc! They would order the tires and have them shipped and they would be completed the same day

Initially, I was just wanting to support the local auto shop in Bellevue. The ease of scheduling a regular oil change with a complementary full diagnostic inspection online was accessible and user friendly. The in-depth professional explanation of parts/services that need to be addressed blew me away, and I greatly appreciate the real time images of the parts (showing the normal wear and tear) they provided with the full diagnostic inspection. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in NKY area, and will continue to be a patron for future car services.
