I have NEVER had such efficient, accurate and quality detail for my car as what I experience at Konen's Pittstop. Mark and mechanics are on top of all of the details. I am NEVER pressured to fix anything on my car other than the parts of my car that need immediate attention. While my car is being prepared I will receive updates regarding the progress of repairs. Nothing is done to the care without my informed consent. If the staff believe that additional services are needed this is explained to me through facts and visual aids. I believe that the cost for repairs is very fair given the quality of work. The customer service is the best and accommodating.
