Konens Pittstop crew diagnosed my cars problem, even though it was an intermittent issue and the fail codes indicated a few different problems. They got the repair done in a timely manner Then did a full inspection to let me know other items that need attention. Thanks for getting my car back to me!

After three visits to the Honda dealership on the East side, they told me(condescendingly) that my AC was working fine and that Civics just dont get that cold! The AC had worked fine for years until now! Mark and his team at Konens diagnosed the problem and made the repair. They were polite, friendly, knowledgable, trustworthy, quick and responsive. Highly recommend!
