Although my car had been to an oil change place while on vacation, and a dealer to look at a transmission problem they didn't fix, Konen's said that the loose drain nut on the transmission MIGHT have been their fault, and did not charge me to drain and refill the transmission fluid. This is the kind of service that car owners wish for, but rarely find. Already scheduled the next oil change for my wife's car.
