I have been using Konen's for many years now and there is just so much good to say. They are honest and fair. I love that they know my name and are very friendly like family. I just had my Kia worked on and Mark informed me in great detail of what the problems were and gave me the importance of them all. No pressure to have things done that are not necessary. I love this quality as I have had mechanics tell me I needed something replaced and later found out there was very little wear to the part. No doubt Rob and his gang will be around a long time!!
