Always up front and honest about what needs done and helpful about advising what will or may need done in the near future. Konen's pricing is fair and I trust them completely. I never worry about being "upsold" for things my cars don't need. If they something needs done, trust that it needs done.

They were very kind on the phone, kind in person, and when I came to pick up my car they explained how they made the repair. It was quick, fairly priced, and good service in general.
