Tire cut due to reaction to previous nights car smashing into our mailbox and me running into fireplug leaving the driveway looking at the upsetting situation. Konens promptly acquired a new tire and replaced the ruined tire. I'll bet you thought I was going to say Konens felt sorry for me and replaced the tire free. No. but they did offer their condolences.

While free tires would have been the icing on the cake, condolences are like the sympathy card of the automotive world, right? Maybe next time the tire will come with a side of free popcorn. 🍿😄 But as always, thank you for your continued business and support!

This place is amazing. Mark is friendly. They do a thorough inspection. They don't try to force you into getting recommended items to fix on your vehicle. They text you the report and call later for you to decide on any action needed. They are realistic with their time frame with you. They even called me early enough in the day to tell me that a part wouldn't be in until the next day. We will definitely be back again.
