Had a unusual situation with two flat tires on drivers side with my vehicle sitting in my driveway. Removed flats and took to Mark around 8 am, and ordered four new tires. He called at 2 pm to say the two rims had the new tires on and were ready for pickup. Took vehicle back at 3 pm. They had the other two new tires installed on the , balance and aligned by 4 pm. Excellent service.

If I have an issue with any of my work trucks or personal I know I can rely on Rob and his guys to get the truck back on the road for me quickly and efficiently. It's nice to have guys you can rely on in today's world. Great Service

I've always liked the service at Konen's. They have knowledgeable mechanics that know what they're doing. It's important in that industry to be attentive and reliable.

Had an issuecwith diagnostic/battery this a.m. Within an hour I was back home and issues resolved. (Jeff Wyler wanted $169 for a diagnostic test before they looked at the car.) Been going yo Konen's for both my cars for almost four years. Not thinking of changing anytime soon!

Excellent, friendly, and quick service. Great communication and they've done a great job advising me on the most important items to address on my older vehicle.

Experienced a fluid leak and had my car towed to Konen’s on a Friday morning. Rob had a good idea of the problem and called later in the day to confirm the problem and provide an estimate. By noon Monday I was back on the road.
