I'm highly satisfied with every aspect of the experience: Greeting, scheduling, diagnosis, advice, communication, service and repairs, and value. Has become my "go to" establishment for all future automotive service.

Konen's PIttstop was recommended to me by a neighbor and I gave them a try to track down the cause of a "Check Engine Light" plus catch up with some overdue general maintenance. My experience was flawless, from the initial welcome, setting the appointment, diagnosis, updates, service and value. Rob PItts is a a guy you just can't help but trust as soon as you meet him, and my early confidence in him was rewarded. Not going anywhere else in the future.
