I had heard great things about this shop! I found a nail in my tire and gave them a call. They were very kind on the phone, kind in person, and when I came to pick up my car they explained how they made the repair. It was quick, fairly priced, and good service in general. I found my new car shop :)

I've been using Konen for 20 years, for regular maintennce and necessary repair jobs. The work is always done right, and the service and friendliness are outstanding.

Great service addressing a tire issue. I was not customer but my parents have used Konen for all of their service for years so I knew where to go when I had issue close to their location. Would recommend to everyone needing service in Bellevue, Dayton, Ft Thomas and Newport.

It's almost boring giving reviews for Konen's PIttstop because it's the same every time: Unquestioned professionalism, integrity, and mechanical skill. I feel extraordinarily fortunate to have an automotive shop of this caliber located so close by...although I would drive a long ways to reach them in any case.
