Had a great experience here. The people are very friendly, thorough and explain everything in detail, not high pressure and allow you to feel comfortable to make a decision on what you want and need to fix. I had called a few places before going there asking for an estimate based on what the dealership told me. They were able to look at my car without holding me to any costs. The dealership wanted $180 to look at my car even though I already had an appt with them to look at, I would have needed to bring it back another day when they had more time. Konen's called me within a couple of hours of me dropping off my car with a diagnosis and estimate. I really appreciate that they valued my time and completed all repairs the same day. I will be using them for my maintenance going forward. It's very convenient to my home, but their waiting room also looked comfortable and I could hang out there for a few hours if needed.
