Last spring, I had my air conditioning fixed in my 2008 Taurus. I was concerned about spending all that money and it not fixing the entire problem but it did. Yesterday, I was at a crossroads with my Taurus, get new tires and control arms or invest that money in a new car? Mark and Rob let me take my time with my decision and advised me to get it fixed given the overall good condition of the car. I had it fixed and it is running like a CHAMP!! Hopefully, no more big ticket items and it lasts me a couple more years. Thanks guys and please draw my name for the TV :)

Great service - called in the morning to see if they could replace my car battery later that day. They were very accommodating and told me to just stop by and they would squeeze me in. And they did just that! Quick service and everyone was very friendly and professional. I had called around to several other places before I called Konen's - all the others were more expensive and not as friendly on the phone. I highly recommend this shop.

Rob Pitts and his team do a superb job. Customer service is their hallmark and satisfaction is the normal. They do things right and not the expedient and the price is always reasonable for the superior service provided.
