Konen's Pitt Stop has serviced my van for 13 years. I have always found them to be honest and dependable. They take into consideration the fact that the van is a lowered- floor handicapped accessible conversion van. This means extra care must be taken when putting the van on a lift, as well as when repairing any electrical wires or other systems that differ from the standard Dodge Grand Caravan. They are very knowledgeable about working on the lowered - floor handicapped conversion van. I highly recommend this business .

These guys have been my lifesaver more than once. They always check everything out even when I took the car for a tire to be plugged. They took the time to find out what it was and informed me of the issue. When I made the appointment to have the car repaired, I had to have it at their shop by 8:00 am. I had had a bad night, and woke up at the time I was suppose to have the car in the shop. I called and told them that I would be late, but since I lived so close to them, Rob offered to just pick it up and take it to the shop for me. Now that is great customer service to me! I am not a morning person, and for them to take the time for me to have a more peaceful morning was a blessing. I rely on them heavily since I do not have a mechanical person living with me, and I feel blessed to have them treat me like family. I know that I can take my mom to her doctor's appointments, and know that she is in a safe vehicle. God bless them! I recommend them highly.
