This is the best, most reliable auto shop I've ever been to. At a lot of auto shops, there are long wait times to get your car seen and even longer wait times to get it back. At Konen's, the longest they've had one of my cars is 3 days for a major repair. I never feel pressured to buy something that I don't want to buy. They explain things to me in a way I can understand and will break down any charges for you. They are quick and trustworthy. The loaner car service is amazing and so convenient.
