Had a starter go out on my Infiniti yesterday afternoon and had it towed to Konen's. As I am leaving for Florida on Friday, I was panicking, wondering if they could get me back on the road by then. They went out of their way and got it installed this morning. Thanks again to Rob, Mark, and their excellent mechanics for making my trip to Florida possible without a delay in plans.

Excellent Service

Rob (the owner) is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met and I have been to many of them over the last 35 years. I have been screwed over by many too and it has never been that way at Konen's Pittstop. They have done dozens of repairs for me on my 3 cars. They are done correctly and they last. He stands behind his work. Out of about 40 odd repairs, one repair failed, because of a faulty part, not his fault, and he replaced it at no charge. A truly good mechanic that wish I had found much sooner!
