Great service addressing a tire issue. I was not customer but my parents have used Konen for all of their service for years so I knew where to go when I had issue close to their location. Would recommend to everyone needing service in Bellevue, Dayton, Ft Thomas and Newport.
Great crew, quality work, mechanic Wyatt Hatter was an EXPERT and true professional and took care of my vehicle. 10/10 experience, will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks!
The only mechanic I’ve ever trusted in my life. I tell everyone to go there.
Friendly staff. Fast service. Repeat customer
Whether its an regular scheduled appointment for maintenance or in the case an engine emergency I've always relied on Rob and his knowledgeable mechanics.
Super nice and helpful. Give an honest opinion on your car and are not just trying to get your money.
It's almost boring giving reviews for Konen's PIttstop because it's the same every time: Unquestioned professionalism, integrity, and mechanical skill. I feel extraordinarily fortunate to have an automotive shop of this caliber located so close by...although I would drive a long ways to reach them in any case.
Great service, fast and efficient, friendly service, comfortable seating if you want to wait, fair pricing.
Always great service from Rob and his crew. I recommend to family and friends all the time.
I've been with Rob for years. I trust him and that's everything with an auto mechanic. Everything is so expensive any more and we just shouldn't have to pay for something we don't need.
