Needed trailer tires asap! Called Konen's Pittstop at 11am. Had new trailer tires on a few hours later! The owner Rob swapped the tires out in the parking lot because the garage was so busy! Great 5 Star service! Thanks guys!

Good place. I just gave them my car for a quick check up before driving long distance. No issues while driving once it was checked. They were quite comprehensive in providing the details about everything they came across that required attention, along with what's priority and what's not. The service was good and timely - in fact, I was back on road ahead of time. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.
What wonderful service! I called on a Friday and got in on the next Wednesday for a tire rotation. They worked me into their schedule to help me out. Truly appreciated! I was only there for a half hour and while I waited I got the chat with a friendly staff member whom was very welcoming. I overheard a telephone conversation between a staff member and a customer about her car and he was VERY detailed about what was wrong and how much everything would cost. I feel like if I ever need any major repairs in the future they would be a great place to give me the details. Great location too!

This place was recommended by several members of my family who have been coming here for years and I found out yesterday for myself why. I had a tear in my tire and needed it patched ASAP. I called here the next morning and they were able to squeeze me in without any questions. I took my tire down on my lunch break and by 5pm, I stopped back down and they had the tire repaired and put it back on my car in no time. I was impressed at the level of customer service I received. Having a hole in your tire is a real inconvenience, but these guys took care of everything and the problem was behind me in less than 24hrs. If I would have taken my car to one of the "big names" they would have tried to tell me I needed a new tire - saying they wouldn't be able to patch it - and would have tried to convince me to purchase 4 new tires instead. (Yes - that exact thing has happened to me at the Firestone in Newport when I needed a tire patched last year on a different vehicle)

Family owned by the Pitts family. Honest, professional mechanics that treat you like a family member or a good friend. They do what is right, allow Rob and his team to earn your business, you won't be disappointed. I've been using Rob and his team since 2010 and won't go anywhere else.
My children and I were rear-ended on I-75 and it nearly tore off my entire exhaust system. I took my SUV straight to Rob and he was able to make it road worthy in no time, though I had to wait 3 weeks for the insurance adjusters to process claims. His wife even gave me a ride home! Talk about full service! As a Realtor who practically lives in my car, I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. I also highly suggest the new synthetic oil change they offer so you don't have to worry about oil changes nearly as often.
