These guys have been my lifesaver more than once. They always check everything out even when I took the car for a tire to be plugged. They took the time to find out what it was and informed me of the issue. When I made the appointment to have the car repaired, I had to have it at their shop by 8:00 am. I had had a bad night, and woke up at the time I was suppose to have the car in the shop. I called and told them that I would be late, but since I lived so close to them, Rob offered to just pick it up and take it to the shop for me. Now that is great customer service to me! I am not a morning person, and for them to take the time for me to have a more peaceful morning was a blessing. I rely on them heavily since I do not have a mechanical person living with me, and I feel blessed to have them treat me like family. I know that I can take my mom to her doctor's appointments, and know that she is in a safe vehicle. God bless them! I recommend them highly.

Had a starter go out on my Infiniti yesterday afternoon and had it towed to Konen's. As I am leaving for Florida on Friday, I was panicking, wondering if they could get me back on the road by then. They went out of their way and got it installed this morning. Thanks again to Rob, Mark, and their excellent mechanics for making my trip to Florida possible without a delay in plans.
