I have known Rob for over 20 years and his shop is the only one I ever refer my friends and family to. Very honest, friendly, and personable staff as well!!

Highly recommend Konen's Pittstop! Took my car there because of squeaky brakes, thinking it would cost several hundred dollars and probably needed to be replaced... just to have them call and let me know it only needed to be topped off with some oil. Very pleasantly surprised with their honesty on a topic that I know nothing about and excited to find a place that I know I can trust going forward.

We have been taking our vehicles here for several years and we have always been 100% satisfied with the price and the work. The people are friendly and very knowledgable. We continue to recommend this place to others!

A few months ago Hyundai in Alex. KY said I needed front brakes and calipers to the tune of $600.00+. Took in to Konen's. They said calipers were definitely not needed and replaced brakes for 300.00. Brakes are still operating well. I will soon be taking another vehicle to them. P.S. This is not the first time Hyundai tried to fleece me. Beware.

Awesome service, fair prices!! I had an appointment on a Wednesday morning to take my car in for service. Everyone was very friendly, and I was taken care of right away. Everyone needs a good autospot, if you are near Bellevue ky this is yours. I worked at a place like this when I was in my teens. I was looking for somewhere local for good basic auto repair. I drive a Beemer and my go to place is Autohaus in Loveland. I just need a tire plugged and need someone close, looked on yelp for someone local. Great reviews so I tried them. 25 bucks and 30 min later I was done and happy.

Rob at Konen's is my go to mechanic in the area. I always feel my car is well diagnosed and repaired well.
